Aijalon Cordoza was born in New York, New York. Cordoza graduated from Hampton High School in 2008. He served in the U.S. Air Force.[1][2][3]

Cordoza earned an A.S. in information technology from Thomas Nelson Community College in 2016 and a B.S. in management information systems from Norfolk State University in 2017. His career experience includes working in cybersecurity for Newport News Shipbuilding, an engineering technician with Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc., as a realtor, and in construction.
